6×1 km at 5:30 with 2 minutes of jogging
Type it or say it the way you'd tell your coach. Liebre turns it into a workout with warm-up, intervals and paces, ready in the Workout app on your Apple Watch.
How it works
-
1Say it
Type or dictate the workout in your own words: intervals, paces, recoveries, whatever you need.
-
2Check it
Liebre sorts it into blocks and steps. If a pace or a distance is missing, it asks instead of guessing.
-
3Run it
Add it to your watch with one tap. Your Apple Watch guides you step by step and alerts you when you drift off pace or heart rate.
It lives in Apple's Workout app
Liebre isn't another running app. Your workout is saved in the custom workouts of the Workout app on your Apple Watch, next to the ones you'd build by hand, and you'll also find it in the Fitness app on your iPhone.
- You run with Apple's app: the same pace and heart rate alerts, the same metrics and your summary in Fitness and Health.
- You don't need to open Liebre or carry your iPhone to run it.
- To find it on your watch, open Workout, tap ⋯ on the activity (an outdoor run, for example) and scroll to your custom workouts.
What you can ask for
- Intervals, fartlek, tempo, progressions and hills
- Goals by distance, by time or open
- Pace, speed, heart rate, zones, power and cadence
- Running, walking, cycling and hiking, outdoors or indoors
- Saved workouts you can share with a link
No accounts, no subscriptions
- No sign-up: your balance goes with your Apple Account.
- You start with 2 free workouts.
- After that, workout packs that never expire.
- Questions from the AI and failed attempts don't use up workouts.
Your workouts stay yours
Saved workouts stay on your iPhone. We don't ask for your name, email or health data.
